If for any any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns. Returns for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee for buyer's remorse and must be completed within 14 days from the original date of delivery.

Devices are inspected and tested. Pre-owned devices go through a multi-point inspection process to ensure all functions are performing as intended unless otherwise advertised.

Relevant sale information includes and is not limited to: Transactions conducted through Alpha Tech LLC's "Alpha Tech" website and subsequent sales platform(s): including our eBay Store, PayPal payment information, and shipping information.
